AKA-SCHOOL: Because often, the first impression decides about success or failure…

“How do I look to the customer”, “Is my own perception aligned with the one from the outside”, “What do I need to change in my behavior to improve my customer care” …. These are some of the topics that have been addressed during a 2 days training course at AKW Equipment + Process Design.

The aim of the training was to raise awareness among the employees of AKW Equipment + Process Design on the importance of interpersonal relations and soft skills in the daily business. Beside a deep introduction performed by an external trainer, different role-playing games were performed within the team to evaluate the people attitudes, reactions and discuss on improvements so has to increase success in the future working life!

“It was very interesting to see that some small and to me insignificant behavior were recognized by the rest of the team during the role playing”, stated Mr. Robert Claußnitzer, Sales Engineer at AKW Equipment + Process Design. “I know that our business is predominant technically oriented, but beside this aspect it is also important to have a good and trustful relation to the customer…and this is where our attitude matters!”
