AKW Equipment + Process Designs quality speaks for itself

For long time AKW A+V has been successfully active in the Russian and CIS markets – and once again the hard and intensive team work paid off!

In close cooperation with our sales office in Moscow, a co-development project started in 2013 with a leading Russian potash producer.
After carrying out the tests with the feed samples in our own R&D centre, the technological parameters could be guaranteed and we were awarded with the order to supply on an EPC basis annular distributors AKA-SPIDER and hydrocyclones AKA-VORTEX (325 mm and 500 mm, all made out of our high resistant polyurethane material) for 4 lines of a potash processing plant.

The delivery of the goods will take place in the course of October 2016. As part of the process milestones, a final inspection and associated cold tests of the goods before being packed were organized in the presence of our customer in the last week of August. Our project manager Mr. Markus Nagler and our head of sales office in Moscow, Mrs. Tatiana Vlasova, organized such inspection program, at our and partner premises.

“To summarize, this week was very successful. The client expressed his full satisfaction, be it in the organization of the trip, cold test and packaging of the goods. Particularly, the client was very impressed with regards to the quality of our equipment. This makes us proud as this is one of our important goals: We are only satisfied when the customer is satisfied!” stated Mr. Markus Nagler, project manager of the potash project.

By the end of 2016, it is expected that all equipment will be delivered. Supervisions of installation and commissioning are expected to take place in the course of Q3/2017.
