Breakthrough for AKW Equipment + Process Design in China confirmed
We are pleased to announce that AKW Equipment + Process Design entered into a new agreement with a major Chinese player involved in the treatment of city sewage sludge, river and lake sediments, as well as ecological restoration of contaminated wastes.
After being awarded in 2014 with the basic and detailed engineering orders for a sewage sludge treatment plant, and upon successfully completion of this task, AKW Equipment + Process Design has been awarded with an even more comprehensive order package, including the engineering, the equipment supply and the project management for the erection of a city sewage channel sludge treatment plant and its associated waste water treatment system.
AKW Equipment + Process design will be executing this project in cooperation with its Joint Venture Partner Shanghai, AKW Separation Process Equipment Co.,Ltd., based in Shanghai.
This contract contains a variety of different engineering steps amongst others technical audits, general layout and detailed plant level drawings as well as specification of main equipment supply. After finalizing the basic and detailed engineering work package the different process equipment, such as washing drum, hydrocyclones, attrition unit, spiral separator, tumbling screen, box feeder, jig machine and thickener will be manufactured and supplied by AKW Equipment + Process Design, Germany and AKW Separation Process Equipment Co.,Ltd., Shanghai
