On the basis of the first training course with the aim to raise awareness on the importance of interpersonal relations in the daily business, a follow up session on the deepening of the soft and professional skills requested in the different sales phases was organized at AKW Equipment + Process Design.
With a training specifically focused on our business field, the sales team stepped deeper into the different sales phases with the goal to optimize their personal and professional capabilities when interacting with prospects and customers.
